We are delighted to welcome Isabel Molina as our new cooking instructor and baker at The Flour Pot LLC.

Originally from Venezuela, Isabel grew up surrounded by Venezuelan and Spanish traditions, where food is an important part of everyday life and celebrations. She later lived in Spain for several years, fully immersing herself in her passion for baking while studying and working in French bakeries and chocolatiers, refining her pastry and traditional cooking techniques.

After running a small bakery in Venezuela, Isabel is now in De Pere, excited to share her experience through warm, hands-on cooking classes and pastry offerings inspired by tradition and quality. She will begin by teaching Empanada Gallega and Tarta de Santiago (almond cake), two classic recipes that celebrate heritage and simple, beautiful cooking.
