Learn to make Ravioli in this make and take experience. Your ticket includes all ingredients and instructions to create 3 types of ravioli; meat/cheese, butternut squash, and mozzarella. Recipes for 2 types of sauce ( marinara, and brown butter) compliment the savory pasta.

About the event
Attendees will learn how easy it is to make ravioli pasta from scratch.
We will begin by demonstrating how to make the pasta dough. Then, using a stand mixer with pasta attachments, you will learn how to roll previously prepared dough and create the ravioli by hand or using a special ravioli maker. Ravioli will be stuffed with a meat and cheese combination or a cheese and butternut squash.
Finally, the pasta will be boiled, drained and either sautéed in a brown butter garlic sauce or cooked in a marinara sauce and recipes will be shared.
You’ll take home what you make and we’ll sample the recipes in class.
