Love is in the air... and in the pasta this Valentines day evening. Join us for a culinary cooking and dinner experience. Your ticket includes all ingredients and instructions to create a pasta meal of meat or veggie ravioli (made from scratch yourself), salad, garlic bread, beverages and dessert.

About the event
Attendees will learn how easy it is to make ravioli pasta from scratch.
We will begin by demonstrating how to make the pasta dough. Then, using a stand mixer with pasta attachments, you will learn how to roll previously prepared dough and create the ravioli by hand or using a special ravioli maker. Ravioli will be stuffed with a meat and cheese combination or a cheese and butternut squash.
Finally, the pasta will be boiled, drained and either sautéed in a brown butter garlic sauce or cooked in a marinara sauce and recipes will be shared.
We will also make a tossed salad, and garlic bread and dine together in our Artisan Marketplace space. Complimentary wine, coffee, water and Tiramisu dessert will be provided.
This is a fun evening of cooking and dining.
