Apple Kuchen Bars

These yummy apple bars are made with a heritage recipe from Gina's German ancestors.

In the class you will learn to roll out pie crust to fit a sheet pan. Then we'll peel apples from a local orchard and toss with sugar and spices.

You can take your pan home and bake later or bake in our convection oven to take home a finished dessert.

Once baked, the Kuchen will be drizzled with powdered sugar glaze.
