Join us each Saturday as our Flour Pot instructors share with you different recipes for savory, make and take entrees.

About the event
In this 2 hour class, attendees will learn how easy it is to make pasta from scratch. The focus in this class will be Ravioli.*
Using a stand mixer with pasta attachments, and a special Ravioli maker. The filling will be a meat and cheese combination. This make and take class will be the perfect way to learn the method for preparing the pasta for freezing or cooking at home.
Previously prepared ravioli pasta and marinara sauce for tasting will be a perfect finish to a fun afternoon in the Flour Pot classroom.
* Ravioli are a type of pasta comprising a filling enveloped in thin pasta dough. Usually served with a sauce, and filled with meat, cheese, or vegetables. Ravioli originated as a traditional food in Italian cuisine. Ravioli are commonly square, though other forms are also used, including circular and semi-circular.
