Learn to make Macaroni Bechamel AKA Egyptian Lasagna at the Flour Pot.  

In this 2 hour class you will make a pan of Egyptian Lasagna to take home to bake at your convenience. This is one of the most popular dishes in Egypt! Stephanie Yousef will share the recipe she discovered on her travels to Egypt.

Macaroni bechamel is a popular Egyptian dish made with ground beef between layers of penne with béchamel.

Bechamel sauce is a sauce traditionally made from a white roux and milk.  In this dish, flavors of dill, garlic and other spices combine with a white sauce or Roux and mozzarella cheese to create this scrumptious dinner.
