About the event
Are you tasked with making the pumpkin or pecan pie for Thanksgiving? Wow your guests this year by making a pie crust from scratch. In this class, students will each make 2 pie crusts using either lard or shortening. These will be packaged for you to take home for baking in your own kitchen later on.
You will be amazed at how flakey and yummy the crust is and will marvel at your accomplishments.
