About the event

In this 2 hour class, attendees will learn how easy it is to make pasta from scratch.  The focus in this class will be Ravioli.*

Using a stand mixer with pasta attachments, and a special Ravioli maker with filling. Choose from a meat and cheese combination or butternut squash. You will also learn to make 2 sauces; butter garlic and marinara sauce to top your ravioli. This make and take class will be the perfect way to learn the method for preparing  the pasta for freezing or cooking at home. This is a fun afternoon of cooking and tasting in the Flour Pot classroom.

* Ravioli are a type of pasta comprising a filling enveloped in thin pasta dough. Usually served  with a sauce, and filled with meat, cheese, or vegetables.  Ravioli originated as a traditional food in Italian cuisine. Ravioli are commonly square, though other forms are also used, including circular and semi-circular.
