About the event
This month we are kicking off a monthly series of classes designed to assist you in meal prep and planning. In the class we will begin with a certain type of meat and expand upon several ways to make different meals with the same cut of meat.
Meal prepping is simply the act of preparing a meal or recipe, then portioning it out to create grab-and-go meals for later. If you’ve ever packed up your leftovers from dinner to take with you for lunch the next day, then you’ve already mini-meal prepped!
