About the event
The Flour Pot instructors will share how to make a delicious recipe for Kneecap donuts. This is a make and take event with attendees going home with a dozen kneecaps.
Kneecaps are a raised dough pastry that is deep fried and topped with powdered sugar and real whipped cream. Students will make and take home a dozen doughnuts.
Class will conclude with sampling the product. All ingredients are supplied. Recipes will be shared.
