Fettuccine with Friends & Family

Join us for an Italian/American Culinary Cooking and Dining Experience. Spend the afternoon creating a menu of fettuccini pasta with your choice of sauces, salad and garlic bread. We’ll work together on the menu, create a table setting with real china, and celebrate our efforts by dining together.

About the event
Here is a unique New Year’s Eve afternoon celebration for all ages.
We will begin the aftenoon learning how to individually mix and knead pasta dough. In our culinary classroom.
As a group we will roll, cut, and boil fettuccine pasta noodles.
We will work in groups to make 4 different entrees; chicken, shrimp, or broccoli with alfredo sauce or meat sauce with marinara.
Salads will be assembled.
Tables set with real china “the fancy way”in our new Artisan Marketplace Social space.
