About the event
Bake along with Gina of the Flour Pot as she shares how to make an airy, delicious Choux Pastry for Cream Puffs. This is a make and take event with attendees going home with a dozen cream puffs.
A cream puff is a delicious pastry that can be filled with custard or whipped cream (sweet) or as an appetizer filled with chicken or tuna salad (savory) A classic Cream Puff begins with creating a pate a choux. The batter is piped, baked, cooled and filled.
Class will conclude with sampling the product. All ingredients are supplied. Recipes will be shared.
