Learn to make this Italian dish. Organic chicken pieces are breaded with Gina’s famous toasted sour dough bread crumbs and a special season blend. The alfredo recipe is made with heavy cream, garlic, Italian Parmesan Reggiano cheese, and fettuccine noodles. (One portion served per ticket sold)

During this class our guests will learn to make a Chicken Scaloppini from start to finish. You will also learn how to make alfredo from scratch as well as learning about how all noodles are not created equally. Hope you come hungry as we will be feasting together after we complete this classic Italian dish!
