About the event
Lady Fingers are the main ingredient in this dish. You will watch a demonstration on how to mix, pipe, and bake the Lady Finger Cookies.
Then, using prebaked cookies, you will learn the process for mixing the ingredients and assembling the dessert , Each person will make and take home an 8” x 8” pan of Tiramisu.
WHAT IS TIRAMISU?
Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavored with cocoa.
