Discover the flavors of Galicia, a region in northern Spain, in this immersive 2-hour hands-on baking class!


Learn to make two classic Spanish treats: a savory Tuna Empanada Gallega, with rich onion, paprika, and tender dough, and the nutty and aromatic Tarta de Santiago, featuring almonds and a traditional Saint James cross.


In this class, you will:

• Work with dough and fillings, learning techniques for rolling, assembling, and decorating.

• Explore the cultural history behind these dishes, including their connection to Galician holidays and the Camino de Santiago.
