About the event
In this 2 hour class, attendees will learn how to make crust and filling for 2 mini Chicken Pot Pies. The buttery, flakey crust is made from scratch using a special technique that even a novice can master. Then, in our culinary classroom at individual work stations, students will cook chicken and chop veggies along with making a savory white sauce. The pies will then be cooked in our licensed kitchen or if desired can be taken home to cook at a later date or freeze.
