In this hands-on class, students will learn how to prepare two flavorful and versatile chicken salads that are perfect for lunches, gatherings, or light dinners.


We’ll start with Sonoma Chicken Salad, a fresh and creamy classic featuring tender chicken, crunchy celery, sweet grapes, toasted nuts, and a well-balanced dressing. You’ll learn how to build layers of flavor, achieve the perfect texture, and customize the salad for wraps, sandwiches, or plated meals.


Next, we’ll make a bold Blackened Chicken Salad, focusing on seasoning and cooking techniques to create juicy, spice-rubbed chicken with just the right amount of heat!
