Peanut Brittle Making with Jennifer

Jennifer Proctor, is a baker and candy maker who is joining our team of instructors to share her recipe for making Peanut Brittle.  In this class she will guide you through the process and you will make and take home your candy confection.  

Jennifer says, " My mom and her sisters taught me when I was little. They learned from their mom and the recipes we use have been in our family for generations. The tradition was to make caramel, angel food, peanut brittle, toffee and buckeyes for the holiday’s. Throughout my life, I’ve taken candy making to a new level having made candy on 3 different continents,  North America, Asia and Europe. I’ve taken to raising funds for different charities by selling my caramels and toffee as well. It has been very rewarding!  I am so looking forward to sharing my passion for candy making with you!"
