Pasta Making- Ravioli
In this class Flour Pot instructors share with you the recipe for making pasta ravioli from scratch.

About the event
In this 2 hour class, attendees will learn how easy it is to make pasta from scratch. The focus in this class will be Ravioli.
We will begin by mixing ingredients and making a dough ball. While the dough is chilling, together we'll assemble the fillings; a meat and cheese combination or a cheese and butternut squash. Then, using a stand mixer with pasta attachments, you will learn how to roll the dough and create the ravioli by hand or using a special Ravioli maker. We will provide a container for you to take home what you make for cooking or freezing.
Recipes will be shared for 2 sauces; butter garlic and marinara sauce to top your ravioli.
This is a fun afternoon of cooking and, of course, tasting in the Flour Pot classroom.
