About the event
In this class, working in pairs you will mix, knead, roll and cut fettuccine and spaghetti pasta noodles. Then, together the group will cook the pasta, and Alfredo sauce. You will take home your pasta after sampling our efforts. We include the recipes for this hands-on experience.
