About the event

Kołaczki (Polish Jam Cookies)

Traditional Polish Kołaczki are a soft and crumbly cream cheese cookie filled with fruit jam. Other variations can be filled with poppy seed, another popular and common Poland dessert filling, and even a nut filling. Polish Kołaczki are most recognized due to their pinched and folded shape, which gives a simple appeal and makes you want to eat more than one!

Kołaczki are usually made to enjoy during the Christmas and Easter holidays, but can be enjoyed during any special occasion, fall and winter holidays, or just as a simple dessert to serve with friends and family over coffee/tea.
