This Jamaican jerk chicken is laden with local herbs imported from Spanish Town, Jamaica. 🇯🇲 This dish has a unique signature flavor filled with layers and a kick 🔥. The recipe is a family favorite of Stephanie and Ryan Janieson. This signature blend of jerk goes very nicely with rice n' peas. A melding of thyme, coconut milk, kidney beans and local herbs and delicious rice. 🌾
In this class, you will learn how to jerk chicken in addition to taking home a serving of jerked chicken, rice 'n peas, and Jamaican Cole slaw! 🤩🤤
