You will learn how to incorporate Sea Moss into your jam making. Steph will share how to create the gel used as a thickening agent and how to make and process cooked jam. Take home the jam you make that will remineralize your body!


What it is

  • Sea moss is a red seaweed, also known as Irish moss

  • It grows along the Atlantic coasts of North America, Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa. 

  • It can be consumed raw, processed into a gel, or used as a natural thickening agent

    (carrageenan 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑒𝑛𝑎𝑛) in foods.
