For those less familiar with the tradition, Belgian Pie is a sweet pastry with various fillings and toppings. The dessert is sold at various festivals and Kermiss celebrations throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

About the event
Join the thousands of people who have learned the art of Belgian Pie making that was brought to this country by Belgian/American Immigrants in the mid 1800's.
In this hands-on class you will receive the recipes and instruction for making 2 pies of your choice. Flavors include apple, raisin, cherry, or prune that are topped with a sweet cheesecake type flavor made from blended cottage cheese. Also, a rice pudding custard filling that is topped with whipped cream when cooled.
