About the event
Bratwurst, Italian sausage, polish sausage, pork sausage, venison, summer sausage, links or patties. There are so many ways to make sausage. Retired meat cutter Gary Guth will share his technique for making bratwurst.
He will share how to select the cut of meat to use, how to trim, grind, season, stuff and cook your sausage to perfection. His technique has been perfected from years of working in the meat cutting industry. Women and men aged 16 or older are welcome to attend. This is a hands-on demonstration held at the Flour Pot, classroom kitchen. Students will take home samples of the finished product and taste test while in class. This a must do event!
