About the event

Breakfast for Dinner. Yes it can be done!

Belgian waffles are a type of waffle known for their thicker batter, larger squares, and deeper pockets compared to regular North American waffles, making them ideal for holding syrup, butter, or fruit. They are typically crispy on the outside and light and airy on the inside, often achieved by whipping egg whites separately and folding them into the batter.

The Belgian American tradition brought here by the Belgians from the province of Wallonia is to serve the waffles with warm milk and sugar. We will also share breakfast links to go with the waffles.
